Returns are accepted on tsjelectronics.com as long as the item is returned within fourteen (14) days of receipt by the customer AND the item is in its original condition.
The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back, unless there was a problem with the order. If there is a problem with an order, it is the customer’s responsibility to reach out to TSJ Electronics and identify their complaint.
DIY kits may not be returned if they have been unpacked or used.
All returned items must include any peripheral items they came with, such as batteries, power cables, etc.
Once TSJ Electronics has received a returned item and has verified that the item is in its original condition, a refund will be made to the original payment method of the buyer within fourteen (14) days.
